This ULTRAGRID™ Parking Bay Plain Infill Floor Kit delivers a durable, versatile modular surface across a standard 6 × 6 m double garage. The kit includes 240 tiles (225 for the floor plus 15 spares for cuts and replacements) and 16 ULTRAEDGE ramps for a finished threshold.

  • Parking Bay Plain Infill — two-colour ULTRAGRID™ layout that marks out distinct parking areas within a plain field.
  • Open-rib surface pattern — channels between the ULTRAGRID™ ribs drain liquid and debris downward, keeping the walking surface clear.
  • Low maintenance — the ULTRAGRID™ top and side channels shed water and debris on contact. Vacuum or pressure wash for a thorough clean.
  • 20t/m² load rating — ULTRAGRID™ tiles carry cars, utes, SUVs, and rolling toolboxes without flexing or cracking.

Two defined parking zones are marked out in one colour, with the area between and around them filled in a second colour. The effect is a professionally zoned garage floor with clear visual boundaries for each vehicle.
Yes. Because the tiles are modular, you can position the colour boundaries wherever you like. The snap-lock system does not lock you into a fixed layout — arrange the bays to suit your garage dimensions and vehicle sizes.

Not significantly. The main difference is planning the colour layout before you start clicking tiles together. Once you know where each colour goes, the snap-lock process is identical.

Installation Guide

What you'll need

  • Tape measure
  • Rubber mallet
  • Jigsaw (for edge cuts)
  • Marker or pencil
  • Broom

Time estimate

  • Single garage (20-25 sqm): 4-6 hours
  • Double garage (40-50 sqm): 6-10 hours
  • No curing time — drive on immediately

Installation steps

  1. 1

    Start from the entrance

    Begin laying tiles at the garage door corner. Leave a 5–10mm expansion gap at all walls.

  2. 2

    Lay the first row

    Complete your first row across the garage, clicking tiles together. The interlocking pegs and loops do the work.

  3. 3

    Fit entrance ramps

    Attach ramp trims to the first row and slide the row snug against the garage door.

  4. 4

    Centre your design (optional)

    If your design has a centred pattern, adjust the first row to leave equal gaps on both sides.

  5. 5

    Lay remaining tiles

    Continue laying rows towards the back and side walls, clicking each tile into the previous one.

  6. 6

    Trim edges and finish

    Cut edge tiles with a jigsaw, click them in, and your floor is ready to use immediately — no curing time.
