Warranty Policy

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased directly from sleekspace.com.au.

Warranty Coverage

ULTRAGRID™, ULTRATUFF™, ULTRACORE™, ULTRAFLUX™ and ULTRATONE™ Tiles are covered by a 15-year warranty.

ULTRARACK™ Storage has a 5-year warranty covering rust, corrosion and structural failure.

ULTRABEAM™ Lighting is covered by a 5-year warranty on electrical components and LED performance.

Customer Responsibilities

Assess product suitability for your environment and requirements before purchase.

Confirm your subfloor is suitable for interlocking tiles. Polished, sealed, painted or epoxy-coated subfloors must be ground or profiled before installation.

Retain proof of purchase and installation records.

Inspect all products for visible defects before installation. Faulty products must not be installed and should be reported immediately for replacement.

Install and maintain all products in accordance with Sleek Space's guidelines.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship identified during the original installation.

Products used in residential, commercial or workshop environments when installed and maintained correctly.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffs, scratches, chips or other signs of regular use.

Surface damage from accidents, misuse or improper care, including dragging heavy objects, dropping tools or using sharp or abrasive items on the flooring.

Improper installation, including failure to prepare the subfloor correctly or not following Sleek Space's guidelines.

Buckling, lifting or tile movement caused by an unsuitable subfloor. This includes polished, sealed, painted, epoxy-coated or other smooth-finished surfaces.

Water damage from flooding, spills or subfloor moisture.

Environmental damage from extreme heat, cold, humidity or prolonged UV exposure.

Relocation and reinstallation, including damage caused by removing and reinstalling tiles in a different location.

Labour costs, including installation, removal or reinstallation.

Additional costs, such as repainting, removing fixtures or accommodation.

Important Conditions

Products installed despite visible defects do not qualify for warranty coverage.

Sleek Space's liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. Total liability will not exceed the original purchase price.

Defective tiles will be replaced free of charge, including delivery. Returns unrelated to a structural defect or workmanship issue are at the customer's expense.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
