Refund policy
Faulty Product Before Installation: If you notice a fault before installing your product, please get in touch with us straight away. We’ll guide you through the return process and cover the return shipping for faulty items.
Faulty Product After Installation: If something goes wrong after installation, our warranty policy has you covered. Check it out for next steps.
Change of Mind: Changed your mind? No worries. You can return your item within 40 days, as long as it's unused and in original condition with packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping will be at your cost. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds: We aim to issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a full refund unless the item’s condition doesn’t match what was stated.
