The parts that finish the floor
Five things sit around the tiles. Ramps at the edges, covers for cables, strips that close the gap at the wall, channels that set a line of light into the floor, and the cutter that makes the perimeter quick.
Five things finish a floor
Edge Ramps & Corners
Ramps and corners for the open edges of the floor. Most garages only need female ramps across the front.
Cable Management
Run a cable across the floor and cover it. Sits at the same height as the tiles, so you can still drive over it.
Wall Gap Strips
Rooms are rarely a neat number of tiles across. Close the gap at the wall with a ready-made 100 mm strip, or cut the last row. Either works.
Floor Light Channels
A soft line of light set into the floor. You choose the strip, the frosted lid turns it into one clean line.
Flooring Cutter
A guillotine cutter that shears an 18 mm tile in one stroke. Silent, no dust, no power. Turns hours of edges into minutes.
Questions we get asked
Do I need ramps all the way around?
Usually not. Most floors only need female ramps across the front, where the floor meets the driveway. Sides that run into a wall need nothing. A double garage door at 4.8 m takes twelve ramps, which is three bags.
Do I have to cut tiles at the wall?
You can, and plenty of people do. The FC460 cutter shears a tile in one stroke and makes short work of a perimeter. If you would rather not cut, EXTENDER strips close the gap in 100 mm steps instead. Most floors end up using a bit of both.
Is the LED strip included in the channel kit?
No, and that is deliberate. The channel is 18 mm across inside, which takes any standard 8 or 10 mm strip, so you pick the colour and brightness you want. The kit is the four channels and the five frosted lids.
Will the colours match my floor?
Yes. Accessories are moulded in the same material and the same colours as the tiles, and they sit at the same 18 mm height, so everything lies flush.
