Shipping policy

Coverage & Costs

We offer free shipping to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and the ACT. For WA, TAS and the NT, a shipping surcharge applies based on the total order weight, calculated at checkout.

Despatch & Fulfilment

Most in-stock orders are despatched within one business day, Monday to Friday. If your order includes a backordered item, this will be noted on the product page and the full order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Orders are fulfilled from warehouses in VIC, NSW and QLD. Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from multiple locations.

Split Deliveries

Split deliveries can occur, especially for larger orders. Boxes may be separated at courier depots or split across different delivery runs. Remaining items usually arrive within a few days.

Tracking

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with full tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after despatch, particularly around weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Any delivery date or timeframe provided by a courier is an automated estimate generated by their system. Sleek Space does not control these estimates and cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
