Unplug the kit
At the power point, before you touch a tube.
Click the new tube in
Into its connectors, until you feel each end seat.
Switch on
Check every tube lights up.
Questions we get asked
Which tube do I need?
443 mm is the tube in every hexagon. 1,178 mm is the long tube in a lit border. Pick the colour you are replacing.
One tube is out. Is the kit faulty?
No. Every tube has its own driver, so one fault does not take out the kit. Swap that one tube.
Is it covered by warranty?
Yes. The LEDs and every electrical part have a 5-year warranty. If a part fails under normal use, call us first and we will replace it free.
