Rooms are rarely a neat number of tiles across, so most floors have a narrow gap left at the wall. You can cut the last row to width, or you can drop in a ready-made strip. This is the strip. It is 100 mm wide in the same Space Grey as your floor, and it clicks straight in.

  • Clicks in by hand. Same clips and the same 18 mm height as your tiles. No tools and no glue.
  • A moulded edge at the wall. The strip is finished on all four sides, so the floor looks as good at the edges as it does in the middle.
  • Corners are covered too. Where two strips meet in a corner of the room there is a small square left over, and the corner piece fills it.
  • Happy alongside a cut row. Gaps come in all widths. Run strips for as much as they cover and cut the last piece to suit, the same way you would trim a tile.
  • Made to match. The same Space Grey and the same material as your floor, so it reads as part of the floor rather than a patch.

Closing the gap when your floor does not finish neatly at the wall. Tiles are 400 mm and rooms are not, so most floors end up with a narrow strip left over. You can cut the last row to width, or you can fill the gap with these.
Measure the gap along the wall and divide by 400 mm. Each strip covers 400 mm, so a 4 m wall takes ten strips, which is three bags.
The strip runs along the wall. The corner is the small square that fills the spot where two strips meet in a corner of the room. If you are only filling one wall you will not need corners.
Strips are 100 mm wide, so they close a gap in 100 mm steps. If what is left over is not a multiple of 100 mm, run strips for the part they cover and cut the last piece to suit. Strip and tile are the same 18 mm material, so they cut the same way.
It is the same material and the same colour as your tiles, and it sits at the same 18 mm height, so it lies flush and looks like part of the floor.
