ULTRAGRID™ tiles are made exclusively from 100% new, high-grade virgin polypropylene. A pure form of plastic recognised for its superior characteristics. This gives them exceptional strength, durability and longevity.
Many suppliers offer copies made from recycled plastic to save on cost.
Recycled plastic tiles are 50% weaker than new plastic tiles. The end result is a brittle tile that is prone to cracking and warping.
Premium Finish
Pure raw material gives ULTRAGRID™ tiles a fine, uniform texture. They have deep, matte colour that will not fade over time.
Recycled plastic tiles have a coarse, bumpy texture. They have a dark, shiny appearance due to the heavily contaminated raw material used.
